Shipping Policy for Falmero

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Falmero. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We exclusively ship to the United States and offer two shipping options for your convenience:

Option 1: Standard Tracked Shipping

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days

• Shipping Cost: Free

Option 2: Priority VIP Shipping

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days

• Shipping Cost: $7.00 USD

(Note: Delivery times do not include the 1-3 business days required for order processing).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours after the email is sent.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Falmero is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
